There is to be no graphic or potentially offensive pictures.
This includes anything extremely bloody or gory, anything depicting a particular race or sexuality or even gender in a particularly offensive way, and, of course, anything too revealing or of a particularly sexual nature. If you are unsure as to whether or not your image is too graphic, simply pm it to me or Kohaka and we will tell you. Otherwise, you will get a 24-hour chance to remove it. If you fail to comply, we will remove it ourselves and you will receive a warning. If you dare to repost the image, you will be banned from the site for directly disobeying an administrator...

This tends to confuse people so let me make this painfully clear: ANY UNPUBLISHED ARTWORK YOU USE WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE ARTIST IS STOLEN. Now, I don't want to hear anything like "But they let me use it on this site..." or "But I gave them credit..." or "But I said it wasn't mine..." I don't give a rat's ass people. Get this beaten into your pathetic little minds: There will be NO ART THEFT. You are better off drawing your own picture or requesting some from other people. Don't even gamble like that. I don't play around with thieves. If I catch you with art that isn't yours, you will get 24 hours to take it down. If you fail, it will be removed and you will get a huge warning. We're talking easily 90%. Break another rule and your gone after that. I do not tolerate theft... period...
Theft of any other kind will be punished just as severely.
In case you didn't get it a moment ago, I do not tolerate theft... at all. So, if I find you've stolen someone else's character or bio or appearance, you will be banned on the spot. No ifs, ands or, buts. You steal, you're gone... period. If I find that you've directly stolen one of your characters from a TV show or movies, keeping even their names and using a picture from that show/movie, you will be only temporarily banned and given a warning. In both cases the bio will be deleted... Don't play around with this, folks. This is a creative pastime, you should be able to show it...
Note: Using a picture from a tv show as your character's appearence is fine. Just be sure to credit the show or, better yet, the character's creator. Using just the names is fine too, but if name, appearence and personality are all directly copied from a show or movie or even a book, it is considered theft...
If you discover theft I've over-looked, please don't spam the site.
If I missed one, which happens sometimes, don't start spazzing on the whole site and spamming us to hell. Just tell me and I swear it will be taken care of. If you know you've stolen something but you don't do anything about it, and I discover it later, you will be banned and publicly humiliated on the site, the bio deleted. Not only have you directly broken some of the most important rules, you will certainly not only piss me off but piss off whoever discovers the theft. So, there will be much hell to pay... You're better off just telling me. If you come to me and say, "I'm sorry Bodaway. I stole this artwork..." you will not get punished. In fact, I will personally draw you new artwork to use for your character instead. I believe that people can make up for wrong doings and, if you do, you get the nice Bodaway back instead of Pissed-to-hell Bodaway, the likes of which you've never seen...
